Carnes Crossroads Holiday Market

Carnes Crossroads Holiday Market will take place on Saturday, December 14th, 2019 from 11 am to 4 pm at The Green Barn. This event will host many local and unique businesses located in and around the Carnes Crossroads area making this the perfect one-stop-shop for all of your holiday shopping.

The Holiday Market will feature many of the area's top retailers along with artisans offering homemade products. Shopping categories include health and beauty, boutique clothing, home decor, handmade baked goods, services, and products for the whole family. Enjoy crafting demonstrations, product sampling and delicious offerings from area food trucks. Santa will be on hand to take requests. 

 

Holiday Market Vendor Fees

Interior Green Barn Space $125

Green Barn Perimeter Spaces (bring your own tent) $100

Food Truck Vendor $100

Electrical Fee $25

Completed applications must be received by December 1st

Holiday Market

VENDORS/EXHIBITORS

Cost is $125

 

Businesses with products or services that appeal to holiday shoppers may participate as a vendor or exhibitor during the event.

● The price is for an 8ft. X 8ft. area, tables and chairs within the Green Barn, where exhibitors will be able to set up a display, discuss their offerings, conduct demonstrations and/or sell products. On arrival, a volunteer will help position you.

 You will be responsible for providing your own setup and removing all trash and grease at the end of the day.

Businesses with products or services that appeal to holiday shoppers may participate as a vendor or exhibitor during the event.

● The price is for a 10ft. X 10ft. the area outside the Green Barn, where exhibitors will be able to set up a display, discuss their offerings, conduct demonstrations and/or sell products. On arrival, a volunteer will help position you.

Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, and chairs. You will be responsible for providing your own setup and removing all trash and grease at the end of the day.

Selection:

 

The Carnes Crossroad Holiday Market Committee reserves the right to limit the number of vendors of a specific type of merchandise or type of vendor. No vendor is guaranteed acceptance in the CCHM and your business is subject to a selection process.  Vendors that are accepted in the 2019 CCHM will be notified by December 1st via email. However, the sooner we receive your application, the sooner we will respond.

Licensing:

 

Check if you have a Goose Creek Business License or not. Merchandise Vendors are not required to have Goose Creek Business License.
